Punctuality

Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.

 

Personal Items

Venetian is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged during services or while in the salon.  Please be extra careful when handling polishes.

 

Payment Methods

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Ambiance Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services and products. All other forms of payments, including checks will not be accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit or gift cards. We do, however, provide an on-site ATM machine for your convenience.

 

Gift Cards

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, Venetian is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Lastly, gift cards expires two years from the date of purchase.
